AGENT SERVICE AGREEMENT & HANDBOOK

This lease agreement is made between CLASSIC BOUGIE CUTE AKA'

CLASSIC STUDIOS, BOUGIE HAIR & CUTE NAILS and FORMALLY

KNOW AS CBC subsequently called 'OWNER; and SELF-EMPLOYED

PROFESSIONAL.

 

As a SELF-EMPLOYED PROFESSIONAL, for and in consideration of

the mutual promise and stipulations contained in this agreement,

OWNER does hereby co-sign you as a CONTRACTED SELF-

EMPLOYED PROFESSIONAL subsequently called TRAVELING AGENT

to CBC, and TRAVELING AGENT hereby co-sign application use from

OWNER.

contract and manage a SELF-EMPLOYED PROFESSIONAL AKA’

CONTRACTED TRAVELING AGENT of Barbering / Esthetician

/ Caterer / Eyebrow & Eyelash Tech / Field Supervisor / Hair Stylist /

Henna ink Artist / Linen technician / Manicurist / Piercing

Technician, Photographer and Tattoo Artist to operate their business

under CBC Supervision.

TRAVELING AGENT

Under CBC stipulations contained in this agreement, a

cosmetologist and non-cosmetologist professional is defined and

contracted as a SELF-EMPLOYED PROFESSIONAL AKA’ TRAVELING

AGENT.

The TRAVELING AGENT hereby agrees to provide CBC CLIENTS' of

Traditional CLIENTS and CLIENT CONTRACTORS of businesses

with the following services:

Service CBCS' CLIENT as a TRAVELING AGENT for salon or non-

salon services.

.

A TRAVELING AGENT service description is defined as a professional

who offers his/her professional services on a self-managed basis and

is not formally linked to CBC by means of a traditional full-time

employment but acknowledged CBC as a 3rd- party vendor that

advertises salon and non-salon mobile services to the public.

.

SELF-EMPLOYED PROFESSIONALS AKA’ TRAVELING AGENTS are

entirely responsible to promote self-clientele, provide self-service

supplies, independently securing ones’ health benefits;

transportation; and business insurance, car insurance and one’s

taxes; to operate with CBC.

 

SELF-EMPLOYED PROFESSIONALS AKA’ TRAVELING AGENTS are

not provided with state or federal protections from any agency like

the department of labor, or the equal employment opportunity

commission from CBC or any businesses that contracts with CBC.

 

TRAVELING AGENTS are required to possess professional

certification to operate services to clients.

 

Required by Federal, State and/or local authorities in the

performance of providing services; failure to obtain, maintain

and/or display the required license(s) will result in a loss of contract

and contactor privileges and/or may be cause for immediate

termination of this agreement.

TRAVELING AGENT RESPOSIBLITIES

TRAVELING AGENTS shall maintain a professional appearance, effective communication, and detailed reports.

Clean attire must be worn; dark colored scrubs are recommended.

Hair tied back up and out of facial area.

Free of lose jewelry.

Comfortable shoes.

SURVEILLANCE & NON-SURVEILLANCE

Surveillance: A residential property that has management or a concierge during business hours.

Non-Surveillance: A residential property that does not have property management or a concierge
during business hours.

 

SERVICE TOOLS & EQUIPMENT:

.

Traveling Agents are to provide their own personal service tools and

equipment

.

All service tools used by the TRAVELING AGENT shall be sanitized,

bagged, dated and documented before each service given.

.

If the CLIENT request to have service tools sanitized before services;

the TRAVELING AGENT will acknowledge service request.

.

12-Minute Sanitation

is taken seriously; CBC policies do follow the department of safety

and professional services.

.

A TRAVELING AGENT should visibly sanitize their working area

before each service.

.

10 Minute Observation:

each mobile salon service may detail an observation

of a client's environment; skin; face; hair; hands and feet; before

service.

.

SERVICE WAIVERS

.

If any of the following services listed below is booked for service; a

consent waiver form will be presented upon service arrival to be

read, reviewed, and acknowledged the health risk, and

aftercare of booked services.

Nail Enhancements.

Gel U-V Lamp Services.

Eyelashes.

Henna ink / Henna Brow

Hair treatments of strong chemicals, perms, dye etc.

Skin treatments of strong chemicals.  

Under the age of 17 years of age.

BEFORE SERVICE RESPOSIBLITIES

.

Transporting service equipment:

Supplies must be sanitized, dated
and bagged properly

liquids double bagged to prevent spillage and odors.

Keeping equipment and tools in the trunk of the car and not visible

to the public

Keeping low cash.     

Active drivers' insurance.

Active service certificate        

Double checking traveling products and tools. 

Time management.

CBC NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR:

 .
Any sold products made between the AGENT, CLIENT,

and CLIENT CONTRACTOR.

    
Any money or service transactions made between the AGENT,

CLIENT, and CLIENT CONTRACTOR outside of CBC platform.

     
Any service arrangements made between the AGENT, CLIENT,

and CLIENT CONTRACTOR outside of CBC platform.

    
Car accidents to or from the AGENT, CLIENT, and

CLIENT CONTRACTOR service appointments.

Workers compensation.

   
Unemployment benefits.

  
Transportation.

 
Low service ratings that will cause non-service request.

      
Tax preparations.

     
Refunds to a client from a service that was not booked through CBC

platform

AGREEMENT BETWEEN AGENT & CBC

The AGENT hereby agrees to the following actions: 

CLIENT cannot contract a TRAVELING AGENT out of CBC contract

on less the contract between CBC and the TRAVELING AGENT has

ended.

CLIENT DEFINED: any business or traditional client that request

service from CBC.

Once the CLIENT books services through CBC portal for a

TRAVELING AGENT; CBC is not responsible for any additional

request made between the CLIENT and TRAVELING AGENT outside

of CBC platform; this includes:

Any transactions of payment.

Any transactions of refund.

Any transactions of promised payout.

Any transactions of promised rescheduling.

Any accidents of any kind of physical or material damage

Any replacement, or repair promise of any physical or material damage.

Requesting service from a Traveling Agent without properly booking service and representing CBC as a party to service.

REASONS TO REQUEST A TRAVELING AGENT

.

A TRAVELING AGENT may assist the absence of a SELF-EMPLOYED

PROFESSIONAL. 

A TRAVELING AGENT may assist the CLIENT CONTRACTORS’

CLIENT that wants mobile services.

A TRAVELING AGENT may assist the vacancy of a booth, chair, studio

or suite until the vacancy is contracted by a SELF-EMPLOYED

PROFESSIONAL.

A TRAVELING AGENT may assist busy business days, holidays and or

events.

CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITIES

ENVIRONMENT & ARRANGEMENTS

Infestation of bed bugs, mice, and roaches, unpleasant smells and

high volume of trash is not acceptable. 

Clients must arrange a presentable, clean and free of debris service

area. 

Clients must arrange comfortable seating.

Clients must arrange proper lighting.

Clients must arrange proper plug outlets; no AGENT will

overstock on a power outlet.

CATERERS will not provide food or cleaning supplies.

All food; ingredients; seasoning and instructions should be present

and provided by the client. 

Utensils: pots, pans, bowls, plates, measuring cups, pitchers, folks,

spoons, mittens, etc. 

Cleaning products: Dish soap, disinfection solutions of any kind,

surface cleaner, clean towels, paper towels, broom and mop with

fresh water. 

Proper Ventilation: Open windows, surface fan etc.

 

LINEN SERVICE & RESTRICTIONS:

No undergarments: this includes -

men/women’s boxers; lingerie: panties; underwear; bras; sports

bras.

No soiled linen:

blood; urine; BM stains. These items will be left untouched.

Clients are to sort colors.

Clients are to provide laundry baskets, no trash bags.

.

Bags are recommended for top cover only to keep laundry dry from

rain / snow weather.

.

Linen services are a no contact service. No linen technician is to be

in client's home: this is prohibited. 

.

Please review the linen technician profile for laundry supply brands

used.  

.

All laundry services may take up to 4 hours for a return. 

No expensive brand of clothing.

.

Before linen pick up: tag name on linen basket with permanent

marker.

CLIENT SERVICES 

CONSULTATION & SERVICES:

Service consultant will determine whether or not extending to full

services is safe to pursue. If client's condition of skin, hair or

nails is found unhealthy; the consultant will recommend a better

time for service or recommend client to seek professional medical

assistance. For any repairs; removals; treatments and or services

trails such as:

Manicurist & Pedicurist Nail consultation

Broken nail / repair (limited to non-torn skin)

Overly thick nails.

Blood thinner medication – Nail enhancement restricted.

Poor blood circulation – Mini message restricted.     

Acrylic powder (acrylic powders are acceptable if it does not carry

MMA state law and used for dipping powder service only.         

Clients should not shave or scrub legs before pedicure service.     

Clients should not cut finger & toenails too low before services.

Severe damage to the scalp caused by flakiness, fungal or dryness. 

Over processed hair that may cause more damage.

Estheticians - (Henna & Tattoo & Tattoo Artist) consultation

Estheticians Restrictions:

.

Eyelashes Visible redness to the whitening of the eye.      

Puffy, red and swelling of the eye or near the eyelash.      

Crusted lashes.       

Flaking of the skin near eyelash.   

Damaged or missing natural lashes that has been neglected of care.

Facial, Eyebrows or Make-up application:  

Severe flaky, crusted or rash to the skin that may cause bleeding.     

Fungal acne or rash that may cause irritation.     

Products that contain plastic microbeads.

Henna Ink - Black   

No services will be offered between the hip and knee area.   

No services will be offered between the upper chest and upper

abdominal area.   

No tattoo services will be offered to minors through CBC

Platform.      

No service will be made on skin that appears red, swollen, and hot to

the touch, broken skin, bruised skin, rash or flaky.

DURING SERVICE

25/25/50 SERVICE POLICY

.

We value what we do; CBC cosmetologist & catering freelancer will

perform 25/25/50 service.


25%: Contractor will discuss client service choice and suggestions.

   
25%: Contractor will stop mid-service to recap style, texture, size,

color etc.

    
50%: of the remaining service will be complete.

 

SERVICE ABUSE

   
Requesting a refund without an actual cause to be dissatisfied, after

an AGENT performed the 25/25/50 policy and 100 % service

completion.

  
Service provided has a clean, professional look, and looks exactly like

what was requested by the client.

    
A developed confrontation to prevent paying full service.

    
Un-safe environment.

.

In fairness, if a freelancer completes a 100% service, to only have a

client acknowledge that they are not satisfied with their service; a

full investigation will take place before client receives refund.

However, if an investigation proves *Service abuse,

a 100% full refund will be rewarded, but the client who booked

services may lose application privileges.

SERVICE RATINGS

  
Profile rating is linked to contractors' profile for client’s experience.

 
CBC is not responsible for low ratings that can result into no

bookings.

    
Each contractor is responsible for his/her customer service

satisfaction, presentation, communication and appearance.
